Great product quality, I have the wax warmer and the night light - also bought wax warmer for my sister in law too.My warmer and night light are several years old and look as bright / shiny /new as the day I bought them.Recently I contacted customer service regarding a liner in the warmer that was a bit discoloured - turns out I had put in too strong a wattage of bulb, causing this issue.Ace Annison arranged for me to pick up a new liner and bulb at no charge - they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Ace Annison!
